Andi Skinner & Brad Bolton

Halloween 2009
Last Summer in Colorado

Our Story

We met our first year at Central Methodist University in 2001 and instantly became friends. We started dating in 2005 and moved to Lawrence together in 2006. Brad popped the question on April 12, 2010 by placing the engagement ring in a very bright pink Coach bag. We look forward to celebrating with our friends and family members on September 5th. All we really care about is our guests having a blast and we are really looking forward to our celebration!

Our Wedding

Well it's official! On Sunday August 29th, we got married at Riverfront Park in Lawrence, Kansas by Judge George. It was perfect, except for the train...

Our Reception

The celebration will take place on Sunday September 5, 2010 at 6:00 PM. We have booked The Rhapsody, a beautiful new reception hall with a gorgeous garden in Independence, Missouri. Keeping with the non-traditional theme, we and our families will be hosting a Hawaiian Luau. Tropical attire is absolutely appropriate (i.e. hawaiian shirts, shorts, flip flops, grass skirts, sarongs, hawaiian dresses, etc). We will be roasting a pig and have other hawaiian style dishes. Blocks of hotel rooms have been reserved under the Skinner-Bolton wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Holiday Inn Express in Independence. We hope to see you all there!

A Special Message From Us

We have lived together since 2006 so we have everything we could possibly need for our home! With the exception of a few driving trips to the Lake of the Ozarks and Breckenridge, Colorado, we haven't had a real opportunity to travel together. What better occasion to start than getting married. Instead of new dish sets and bath towels, we would appreciate your help in making our wedding even more memorable by contributing to our Honeymoon to Maui, Hawaii. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone and very much appreciate your contributions! Mahalo!
